Cold Springs Koi Farm is a hobby koi farm located in Edgefield County, South Carolina. The owner and operator, Jason, has been a serious fish hobbyist most of his life, with a particular interest in breeding of various fish species over those years. The goal of the farm is to focus on developing a breeding program around two or three varieties, with a focus on quality over quantity. The current koi varieties of interest are Asagi, Shusui, Kohaku, and possibly a long fin variety (to keep the wife interested ;-))
